Accelerated Reader is a computer program designed to test students comprehension of books they have read. Students that want to participate, read books at home and in class and take tests check their comprehension. At the bottom of the page there is an alphabetical "AR Quiz List" by title and "AR Quiz List by reading level". Students that take a test and pass are rewarded by a bubble gum token posted on the library door. There will be a raffle drawing for prizes at the end of school. Besides being a wonderful tool to test students comprehension, AR prepares students for the numerous computer tests given by the district and state. |  |
